Contributing > Poster session

Abstracts  (max 2 pages) of posters should be submitted for review as a pdf file  by April 15th, 2014 . Accepted posters will be published in the proceedings of the Workshop.

All submitted posters will be refereed by members of the Committee for correctness, originality, relevance to the Workshop. Acceptance of a poster means an obligation for at least one of the authors to attend the workshop and present the poster.

On-line Poster Abstract Submission

All poster presenters must submit an abstract using the on-line abstract submission system.

• You will need to create an account, then scroll to the bottom of the page and follow instructions.
• You will be able to save and modify your abstract until the submission deadline.
• On-line submission will close on April 15, 2014 at 11:00 pm.
